Robin Morgan
Robin Morgan is an award-winning journalist and author he is founder and CEO of Iconic Images if London and Los Angeles employing 16 staff to seek out lost or forgotten negative archives, fully digitise them for posterity and exploration to create exhibitions, books and opportunities for photographers or their estates. Iconic now owns or represents 30 archives.

Robin Morgan was reporter, Insight Editor, Features Editor of the London Sunday Times and latterly it’s longest-serving editor in chief of the renowned magazine. During his 18 years at the helm, The Sunday Times Magazine garnered more than 30 national and international press awards for its photographers and writers. Morgan reinvigorated the magazine’s photojournalism before quitting to establish Iconic Images.
Today Iconic exhibits in 20 countries around the world, publishes 8-10 photographic books along with curating, collaborating/contributing with major museums and galleries including The National Portrait Gallery, The V&A Museum London, The Brooklyn Museum, New York and the Art Institute of Chicago.

Recently Iconic has undertaken the complete digitisation of the epic archives of British, Life Magazine photojournalist George Rodger who co-founded Magnum and Norman Parkinson’s 60 years of Vogue fashion photography. With millions of negatives now digitised and conserved Iconic has recently rescued a lost archive of Jazz greats (1944-1962) from an abandoned storage facility.
